Arthur Yap
Director
Arthur was called to the Singapore Bar in 2007.
His approach to dispute resolution is guided strongly by the mantra - the most cost-efficient strategy to resolve a dispute without compromising on quality and his client's position. Simply put, resorting to litigation or arbitration (as the case may be) should be the recourse of last resort.

Darrell Low
Director
Darrell has argued and been involved appeals, trials and applications before all levels of the Courts in Singapore. His practice encompasses civil and criminal disputes.
He is also experienced in managing and overseeing complex multi-jurisdictional institutional
and ad-hoc arbitrations and has experience both as arbitrator and counsel.

Ong Hui Jing
Associate Director
Hui Jing was called to the Singapore bar in 2021.
Her areas of practice include commercial and corporate disputes, employment disputes
and insolvency disputes. She routinely advises both corporations and individuals on a
variety of disputes, with the aim of helping her clients to achieve commercially sensible
outcomes for their matters.

David Chia
Counsel
David was called to the Singapore Bar in 2021.

He represented and advised investors on equity acquisitions in technology-driven companies and provided counsel to a social media platform on matters including personal data protection, employment law, employee share incentive schemes, and corporate governance.

Muhanesh Haridas
Associate
Muhanesh was called to the Singapore Bar in 2024 and has since developed a strong practice advising on a wide range of complex disputes.
His experience spans insolvency and restructuring, defamation, intellectual property, tort claims, shareholder disputes, and employment law.

Sheam Zenglin
Senior Legal Manager

Zenglin obtained an external LLB from University of London in 2010.

She is currently pursuing a Juris Doctor for law in the Singapore University of Social Sciences towards her goal to seek qualification as an advocate and solicitor in Singapore.
